Our cleaning process ...
We adopt a 5 step cleaning process every clean, to ensure we extract maximum dirt and leave your carpets clean and fresh. For added peace of mind we offer an extra carpet protection service which will protect carpets from dirt and stains, meaning you won't need to have them cleaned again for longer.
1. Pre-Vacuuming
Your carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed with a special Turbine Vacuum System removing dry dirt.
2. Pre-Spraying
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated for more effective soil and spot removal
3. Mechanical Agitation
Agitation of cleaning agents to ensure thorough coverage
4. Rinse Extraction
Warm water extraction will thoroughly flush the carpet pile. Every carpet we clean is then pH balanced so that there is no sticky stuff left behind
5. Grooming
The carpet pile is set in one direction for faster drying and visual appeal
